I use Acronis mainly for it’s backup solution. I can easily see where all my clients are at, and if there have been any problems. I back up direct to cloud, and if the client has the option I can back up to a local device. I also use it back up directly from Microsoft 365 for emails, OneDrive and SharePoint. There is more but don’t use it all.
I use it for all my clients and it’s part of my packages. I can customise which computers runs what ever specific customisation I want, and I even go as far as to enable content control, this means certain websites get blocked.
I use it to secure a clients Microsoft 365 accounts, and I have one client which also restricts logon access to any computer with DUO Security. I eeven use it for my own computers to give an extra point of security.
3CX Phone System
The 3CX phone system is an awesome low cost yet fully functional. You can go with no physical phone, run off your mobile, or your computer.
The 3CX server runs in the cloud on AWS LightSail, the client gets billed for the license, and they pay monthly for the phone lines. It costs about $210+ per month running 4 phone lines.
I use 3CX myself, and I have serveral other clients running it now.
Amazon Web Services
AWS has a series of cloud based services, some of the key features is running your servers or software in the cloud, or using their S3 storage system.
An example use of AWS is LightSail, which means I can put a client specific application (3CX or Website) in the cloud, this means no local hardware.
